Make a Booking
Making a booking with iDeliver is super easy!
We accept pickup and delivery requests via a few different methods, so please feel free to use the method that works best for you.
- Booking online via our Client Portal – see our portal here. You will need login details for this method.
- Booking online via the form below (preferred for one off jobs, click & collects)
- Email our dispatch team – dispatch@ideliver.co.nz (please include pickup and delivery details and who to charge)
- Text our dispatch team – 027 433 5483
- Phone our dispatch team – 0800 433 548, option 1
⚠️⚠️⚠️ iDeliver requires all consignments which contain Dangerous Goods to have completed DG paperwork upon collection as per our Dangerous Goods Policy
If you dont have DG paperwork available, you can create your own via our Online DG Declaration Form here.
Our drivers are within their rights to refuse collection of any consignments without DG Paperwork. If a driver is caught by Police without paperwork for a DG, hefty fines for iDeliver, the Driver & the Sender of the consignment may be issued
